About Us:
At AGAPE Trust, our unwavering commitment is to spearhead meaningful and
sustainable relief and development initiatives that catalyze positive change within the
vibrant communities of Pakistan. With a profound dedication to the nation and its
people, we envision an enlightened, educated, and empowered society.
VISION:
Uplifting marginalized
and neglected
communities through
socio-economic
empowerment is at the
heart of our mission.
Concurrently, we
actively support the
Church to fortify the
spiritual fabric of these
communities.
CORE VALUES:
Love, Faith, and Hope: We embody the
principles of love, faith, and hope, infusing
our work with compassion and purpose.
Humility & Compassion: Our approach is
grounded in humility and fueled by a deep
seated compassion for those in need.
Serving Humanity: We are driven by the
relentless pursuit of serving humanity,
promoting equality, inclusiveness, diversity,
and interdependence.
As AGAPE Trust evolves, our focus on excellence remains paramount. We continuously strive to enhance the
quality of our humanitarian response, ensuring accountability and a tangible impact. Our commitment to
inspiring hope and restoring underprivileged communities is rooted in principles of impartiality. We prioritize
the humanitarian imperative, surpassing distinctions of race, faith, color, age, gender, economic status, and
social standing.
Respecting diverse cultures and customs, AGAPE Trust collaborates with underprivileged communities,
empowering them to overcome the dynamic challenges that perpetuate financial and spiritual poverty. Our
annual report serves as a testament to our collective journey toward resilience, empowerment, and the
pursuit of a brighter future for all.
This 1st quater, we’re ramping up our efforts by focusing on serving four distinct locations
every quarter, with four visits to each location. This approach allows us to closely
monitor the health and well-being of the communities we serve. After conducting
thorough surveys, we’ve identified 12 different destinations for our medical camps this
year. These locations have been carefully chosen based on the specific health needs
of each area. Our medical camps will provide free regular check-ups, medications, and
valuable health advice from our team of expert medical professionals, ensuring the
well-being of all those we reach.
From Learning to Earning; Vocational Program for skill development
This year, we have announced the launch of eight
courses as part of our vocational program. Among
these are specialized beautician and sewing
courses tailored for women who, despite lacking
formal education, possess a burning desire to earn
a livelihood with dignity. The student selection
process has been completed, and deserving
candidates have been chosen. Centers have been
identified and equipped with materials for the
beautician and sewing classes to commence.
Additionally, students for computer and medical
courses have been enrolled in reputable institutes
as planned.
From Learning to Leading; Graduation Ceremony of 2023 students!
As the curtains closed on our 2023 vocational trainings, we celebrated a momentous
occasion with a graduation ceremony filled with pride and accomplishment. Each
student walked across the stage, not only receiving a certificate but also a token of
love and encouragement. These gifts symbolize our belief in their potential to excel
and make a meaningful impact with the skills they’ve acquired through our vocational
training.
As they continue their journeys, we trust that these tokens will serve as constant
reminders of their capabilities and the support they have behind them. Our hope is
that they will utilize their newfound skills to not only better their own lives but also
uplift their communities. With determination and perseverance, we believe they will
indeed bring the best use of their learned skills, making a positive difference
wherever they go.
Bringing light to those facing shadows of adversity; Relief & Humanitarian Aid for the Vulnerable Christian Communities
Agape Trust, recognizing the challenges faced by Christian communities in various
regions of Pakistan such as Peshawar, Toba Tek Singh, Sindh, and Mirpur Khas, has
initiated a meaningful outreach program. Through collaboration with local Church
Pastors and affiliated daughter Churches, we have established connections with
families in need. These connections have allowed us to extend a ray of hope into their
lives.
Understanding the harsh conditions these families endure, especially during the winter
months, Agape Trust has taken initiative to provide winter packages aimed at bringing
relief and comfort to those facing adversity. This humanitarian aid not only addresses
immediate needs but also signifies our commitment to standing in solidarity with
these resilient communities. Through our collective efforts, we strive to bring light to
their darkest days and foster a spirit of compassion and support.
